Your email, with care

When you sign up for the free meditation, I keep only your email address, the date you signed up and where on the site you signed up.

What I use it for

To send you the meditation, a few welcome emails about voice and sound, and occasional notes about the Sunday circle and new practices. Nothing else. I never sell or share your address.

Where it's stored

Addresses are stored with Resend, the email service I use, on servers in the EU. Every email has a link to unsubscribe with one click.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask me to see or delete your data, by writing to tomasstendahl@hotmail.com.
